Who I am:
My name is Sage Sullivan.
I launched At Your Service in June of 2025 after living in Nashville for just one year, inspired by my deep appreciation for Music City and my passion for creating meaningful, seamless experiences for others. From researching and producing travel reservations and detailed itineraries to providing high-quality service to VIP guests across five Broadway venues, I combined my love for hospitality and my new hometown to build a personalized Travel Concierge service for visitors and returning guests alike.
With experience as an Executive and Personal Assistant to two executives, along with my current role as a VIP Hostess for a prestigious hospitality group that owns and operates eight venues in Downtown Nashville, I bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and valuable local insight. These experiences have given me both the professional structure and the connections necessary to curate memorable, thoughtfully planned experiences for you and your party.
My goal is to support travelers who may not have the insight into where to stay, where to go, what to do, or how to organize it all efficiently. Through a personalized one-on-one consultation call, I take the time to understand exactly which parts of the planning process you’d like assistance with. From hotel reservations and city tours to restaurant bookings, transportation coordination, custom graphics, themed merchandise, and everything in between, I create tailored itineraries designed to reflect your unique vision.
