Custom Monthly Investment

Welcome & Celebration Setups

The first impression, handled. At Your Service designs and sets up welcome and celebration details at your hotel, Airbnb, or venue before you arrive — welcome gifts, tabletop décor, balloons and birthday details, and personalized touches chosen for your guest of honor.

Examples of setups we create:

  • A welcome arrangement waiting at check-in — local treats, a handwritten-style welcome card, and your itinerary for the weekend

  • Birthday and celebration setups — décor, favors, and a table set for the occasion

  • Romantic arrival details — flowers, champagne on ice, and a card with your words

Every setup is planned with you in advance and installed before arrival. For larger installations or elaborate décor projects, At Your Service coordinates an independent local décor provider and oversees the details, so the result still feels seamless.

Pricing: quoted per project — it depends on the size of your party and the items included in your setup. Share your date, group size, and what you’re celebrating, and we’ll send a custom quote.

Custom Design & Printing

Personalized paper goods and printed details, designed by At Your Service: printed itineraries, welcome cards, menus, signage, labels, and celebration details that carry your names, dates, and style.

Design & printing can be booked on its own — no concierge package required — or added to planning and setup services.

Pricing: Custom design starts at $50. Printed pieces are priced by size and material — tell us what you’re picturing and we’ll quote it exactly.

Grocery Stocking — an optional add-on

Arrive to a stocked kitchen. Share your list and At Your Service coordinates grocery stocking for your rental or suite through a local provider, timed to your arrival. Available as an add-on to any package or setup.

Coordinated for you

Some services — transportation, larger décor installations, grocery stocking, and specialty experiences — are fulfilled by independent local providers. At Your Service plans, books, and coordinates them as part of your experience and confirms every detail with you in advance. The provider delivers their service; we make sure it fits your trip.
